These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your communications with Rebook Labs, a sole proprietorship operated by Alexander Sweeney, based in Carpinteria, California (“Rebook Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Rebook Labs provides done-for-you client follow-up services for recovery studios, boutique fitness studios, and sports physical therapy clinics, including inquiry response, client engagement, and reactivation campaigns. This website describes those services and allows you to contact us. Services provided to clients are governed by separate written agreements.

SMS / text messaging terms

1. Program description. When you opt in by submitting your mobile phone number through the chat widget on this website, Rebook Labs will send you text messages related to your inquiry, such as replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment information, and follow-up regarding the services you have asked about. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply opt in through the website as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at alex@rebook-labs.com.

4. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
